Teamsters Local 100 represents more than 5,000 workers within our jurisdiction. We have negotiated contracts with each employer. In some cases, we have multiple contracts to specifically address separate workgroups at a single employer.
Our goal is to best represent our membership, protect their jobs, negotiate good contracts and enforce those contracts. We continually work to protect the terms and conditions that make your Teamster job a good job.
A contract details the working terms and conditions of your employment. Those workers without a Union contract are "at-will employees." That means that whenever an employer wants to, they can change the terms of your employment or terminate an employee's job.
As a Union worker, you have job security, higher wages, better benefits, better pensions, and most of all, respect from your employer that you deserve.
